One of the key initiatives under the 8-point agenda of National President Kuya Ronald F. Delos Santos is the promotion of the Eagles Cooperative. Central to this initiative is the Deo Et Patria Credit Cooperative (DEPCC), which serves as a vital financial resource for the members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc., a fraternity committed to service and community involvement. The primary goal of DEPCC is to offer financial assistance through various lending options, thereby enhancing economic stability and fostering personal development among its members.

Operating on the principles of mutual aid and collective benefit, DEPCC provides access to personal loans, emergency funds, and customized financial products designed to meet specific member needs. A notable feature of the cooperative is its annual dividend distribution, which mirrors its financial health and operational success. These dividends not only provide a return on members’ investments but also underscore the cooperative’s commitment to shared prosperity.

DEPCC is deeply engaged in community service, allocating a significant portion of its income to support the philanthropic endeavours of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles, along with other community initiatives. The cooperative actively participates in a range of service projects, including educational programs, health campaigns, and environmental conservation efforts, all aimed at enhancing community well-being and promoting volunteerism among its members.

The cooperative's governance is marked by transparency and accountability, overseen by a democratically elected board that ensures operations and policies are well-aligned with members' interests and the fraternity’s broader objectives. This structure facilitates regular member meetings and open financial reporting.

Education and empowerment of members are also focal points for DEPCC. Through various educational initiatives such as workshops, seminars, and financial advisory services, the cooperative enhances members' financial literacy. This education empowers members to make informed decisions, effectively manage their finances, and actively contribute to the cooperative’s growth.

Looking ahead, DEPCC is committed to innovating its services and expanding benefits for its members. This includes developing new financial products, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery, and broadening its community impact. The cooperative remains steadfast in its mission to provide economic empowerment and community support, striving to be an indispensable support system for its members and a model of cooperative excellence.

In summary, DEPCC epitomizes the principles of cooperation, financial empowerment, and proactive community service. By integrating financial support with comprehensive community engagement and extensive educational programs, the cooperative not only satisfies the financial needs of its members but also significantly contributes to the broader community, embodying the spirit of mutual support and fraternity.
